Upon graduating in 2006 from The School Of Visual Arts, I received my Bachelors Of Fine Arts & Design and began pursuing a career in film. Early on I dove into the commercial world as an art assistant and through the years gradually worked towards becoming a set dresser and decorator. Along the way I also worked on several non union films, music videos, and reality tv shows all of which furthered the expansion of my current set of skills in the art department. In 2009, I diverged from propping and styling to venture into scenic painting. After a short apprenticeship, I became the charge scenic at Konduit Inc, a set shop based in LIC. Here I acquired the aptitude to lead a crew, execute projects from concept to finished product, create a variety of textures, and interface with clients directly. Eventually I made the transition from painting back into design and began decorating high end fashion photo shoots and non union commercials. Currently I freelance as an Art Director and am always pushing myself to achieve the highest degree of aestheticism, professionalism and client satisfaction .
